General Shipping Policy

Allow 48 hrs (2 business days) processing time for all orders. Day One (1) starts the day after you place your order (excluding holidays and weekends). Tracking numbers may be sent via email and SMS messaging.

Packages may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on carrier cost and customer location.

Business days DO NOT include holidays and weekends.

Please allow an additional 48 hrs (2 days) for order processing time after a holiday or sale. We DO NOT ship any products on Saturdays or Sundays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Agrius Botanics is NOT responsible for an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Agrius Botanics is also NOT responsible for undeliverable packages due to the customer not being home for delivery or incorrect/incomplete shipping information (address). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Agrius Botanics is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered during the check-out process. Upon request, Agrius Botanics will provide the following information so the customer can investigate the location of their order: address provided during check-out, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.

Canceling An Order

Agrius Botanics does NOT accept returns or exchanges, however, the customer may cancel an order before it ships from our facility and a tracking number has been generated.

Additional Shipping Information

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are offered the option to purchase order protection insurance at the time of checkout to safeguard their package against damage or theft. Order protection insurance is optional and NOT mandatory. However, customers who choose to protect their order are covered from missing or damaged packages.
