Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Agrius Botanics. Once an order has shipped we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. This is primarily due to the nature of the products and the intimate nature consumers use them.
Canceling An Order
At Agrius Botanics, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, however, you may cancel your order BEFORE your package ships from our facility and tracking information has not been generated.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s) Received
In the event you receive damaged products, defective products or receive an item or items you did not order, these items may be returned to Agrius Botanics AFTER contacting our customer service department to notify us of the issue. Please be prepared to provide an order/invoice number, a brief statement about the issue and photo images of the damaged, defective or wrong item(s) received.
